Kali (KEAN Activewear Founder): Good morning, Angela! We're thrilled to have you here today to share your insights and experiences. Let's dive right in. What drives you to get up every morning?

Angela (KEAN Trainer): Good morning! As a young girl, I've always been into health and fitness, but my real journey started when I had my daughter, Kylah-Rose, who's nearly eight now. I got into the CrossFit world and fell in love with it. That's where my consistency comes from. Working in the fitness industry, I love to practice what I preach. My why is to get up every morning because I know how good it feels both physically and mentally after a workout. It helps me be a better coach, and I want to set a healthy example for my two beautiful children. If they see me living a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle, they'll be inspired to do the same.

Kali: That's truly inspiring, Angela. Can you describe what living a KEAN lifestyle means to you?

Angela: Absolutely! For me, a keen lifestyle means positively engaging in every aspect of my life. Whether it's physical, mental, emotional, or social, I strive to make positive choices in all these areas. When I'm balanced and positive in all these aspects, I feel like I'm truly living a KEAN lifestyle. It's about holistic well-being and making sure every part of my life contributes to my overall health and happiness.

Kali: That sounds amazing. Finally, if someone were to start their fitness journey tomorrow, what tip would you give them based on your experience?

Angela: My biggest tip is consistency. Find something you love and that you're going to stick with. Don't try to do what works for someone else because it might not work for you. Find what works for you and stick to it. If you're consistently doing good things, you'll get good results. Of course, you're not going to wake up every day feeling like training or eating well, but if you're consistent, you'll see consistent results over time.

Kali: Those are great tips, Angela. Do you have any final words for those starting their journey?

Angela: Definitely. Each person is different, so it's crucial to find what works for you and your lifestyle. Personalized fitness plans for example are the key to long-term success.
