KEAN was founded in 2023 by Kali Pentecost & Sean Collins with a profound vision: to empower individuals to unlock their fullest potential and nurture personal growth. For Kali & Sean, KEAN symbolises a journey towards betterment — better health, stronger community connections, and greater control over one’s future.

Only three years ago, they set out on a journey to enhance their own nutrition and fitness regimens, convinced that these changes were essential for unlocking a renewed sense of energy and drive. This focus on foundational habits resulted in a profound transformation of their daily vitality and overall well-being. Notably, Kali successfully reversed her PCOS symptoms and depression, while Sean saw improvements in his anxiety and confidence. Gone were the days consumed by hangovers or stress-induced fatigue; instead, they found themselves energized by early morning workouts and dedicated time towards pursuing their aspirations.

Reflecting on this journey, Kali shares, "Having the energy to show up for myself and more importantly the people I cared for, was life changing. Waking up each day with a drive to create the life I’d always envisioned — that is my superpower. It was through the intentional removal of negative influences and the consistent adoption of healthy habits like exercise and nourishing foods that enabled me to finally take control of my life”. This newfound empowerment led to what Kali refers to as "becoming the CEO of her life," a metaphor for taking charge and steering one's destiny.
